Brookfield Prairie Lane wooden serving tray
The Brookfield Prairie Lane serving tray is made from white oak with a walnut accent. Amish craftspeople in Northern Wisconsin make each rectangular tray from 3/4-inch-thick solid wood with a water-resistant finish. A recessed serving surface and finger slots give you space to arrange food and a place to lift the tray.
Prairie Lane pairs the visible grain of white oak with a darker walnut accent. The oak grain gives this combination a different appearance from the lighter Maple Bluff design. Natural grain and color vary between trays.
Choose your tray size
Choose from 8 by 12, 10 by 15 or 12 by 18 inches. Measure your table and storage space, then consider the cheese, appetizers or small dishes you want to arrange. Leave the finger slots accessible when setting out your spread.
Cleaning and care
Wipe the tray with a soft, damp cloth after use and dry it before storing. Avoid soaking, dishwasher cleaning and abrasive pads. For advice on maintaining the finish, contact us before applying oils or other treatments.
Compare the wood combinations
Also available in Maple Bluff (white maple with a walnut accent) or Red River (black walnut with a red grandis accent). Compare all three in the Brookfield serving tray collection, or browse our charcuterie boards for other serving shapes and styles.
