Where we ship

We ship to U.S. addresses supported at checkout. Available shipping options depend on your delivery address.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Shipping charges are based on your order's shipping weight and delivery destination. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Qualifying orders of $149 or more ship free to the contiguous United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses outside the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for this free-shipping offer. Paid shipping rates for these destinations are shown at checkout and may be higher for heavier orders.

The free-shipping offer does not cover exchange shipments. See our return and refund policy for returns and exchanges.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Carrier transit time is additional to processing time. Check the shipping option at checkout for the transit estimate for your destination. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.

Orders with more than one shipment

Wood products and conditioner may ship separately. If your order has more than one package, the packages may arrive on different days.

Address changes and shipment questions

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, email info@amishclassiccreations.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether the address can still be changed.

For tracking questions or a delayed, missing, or damaged shipment, contact us at the same email address with your order number. For damage, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
