Turntables
Amish wooden lazy Susans for your table
A wooden lazy Susan brings serving dishes, condiments and everyday ingredients within reach with a turn. Our turntables are made by Amish craftspeople in Northern Wisconsin, with solid wood tops, end grain patterns and felt padding underneath. Choose a shape for your dining table or kitchen counter, then compare the wood designs.
Round or rounded square?
The Portage collection has a round top and comes in Hickory Nut, October and Williamsburg patterns. The Beloit collection has a rounded-square top in Geneva, Starlight and Woodford designs. Both styles offer 13-, 16- and 19-inch size options with 1.25-inch-thick wooden tops. Check the individual product for current availability.
Compare walnut, hickory and mixed woods
- For black walnut, choose the Beloit Starlight. Its mix of heartwood and sapwood creates contrasting tones; the brightness of the sapwood varies.
- The Portage Hickory Nut combines hickory heartwood and sapwood in a round design.
- October mixes maple, cherry, hickory, walnut, white oak and red grandis. Geneva, Woodford and Williamsburg combine maple, cherry, hickory and white oak, with a red grandis accent in Geneva, a walnut border in Woodford and a walnut accent in Williamsburg.
Choose a size for everyday use
For a dining-table lazy Susan, measure the space between place settings and consider the dishes you plan to share. On a kitchen counter, leave room for the top and its contents to rotate without touching a wall or nearby appliances. Allow extra turning clearance around the corners of a rounded-square Beloit.
Set out condiments for family meals or keep frequently used ingredients together on the counter. For a separate surface to arrange cheese and appetizers, browse our wooden charcuterie and serving boards.
