Brookfield recessed wooden serving trays

Brookfield trays have a rectangular recessed surface and finger slots for lifting. Made by Amish craftspeople in Northern Wisconsin, each solid wood tray is 3/4 inch thick with a water-resistant finish. Use them to arrange cheese, appetizers or a charcuterie selection.

Choose a tray size

Each wood combination comes in 8 by 12, 10 by 15 and 12 by 18 inch sizes. Measure your serving space and consider the dishes or foods you want to arrange, leaving access to the finger slots. Check individual products for current availability.

Maple, oak or walnut

  • Maple Bluff combines white maple with a walnut accent.
  • Prairie Lane pairs white oak with a walnut accent.
  • Red River uses black walnut with a red grandis accent.
